Information for potential LA Restaurant Daily bloggers:

- We are very selective of the content that is published on LA Restaurant Daily. We only want high quality content. What is high quality content? Good pictures, a good video, good writing, good format, and good wordpress usage.

- Will I be taught how to use wordpress. Yes – if you don’t already know how. You will have to schedule a time with John (president of LARestaurantDaily.com) to come into the office, after you already produced content, to see how to edit it, write it up, and post it to the website.

- You will be given a UN, PW, and login-url to submit your reviews to LA Restaurant Daily

- How do I do this? You call up restaurants in your area and you say:

“Hello, my name is ______ and I’m a food critique for LA Restaurant Daily dot com and some of our readers have mentioned your restaurant. I would like to schedule a time to come in and do a free review of your restaurant. Are you interested? Great, all we ask is that you provide me or one of our other writers with a free appetizer, entree, desert, or whatever you want featured on our website. Please check out our website to see the kind of reviews that we do and think about how you would like your restaurant featured.

- How can I make money? You will be given business cards and advertising rate sheets to leave with restaurant owners/management. If they purchase ad space, a featured restaurant review, video production, website design, or anything else we can sell the restaurant owner, – you will be given 60% of the sale. You will not be compensated hourly or with a salary.

- UN & PW for the blog is given to content producers after we see your initial review.

- You are responsible for editing your video, watermarking your pictures with LARestaurantDaily.com, and emailing content@larestaurantdaily.com with your content (pictures, video, write-up) before posting it to the blog each time. You may need to zip the content – please label with date and name of restaurant.

- LaRestaurantDaily.com reserves the right to edit, not post, and utilize your content in any manner that it deems fit for the benefit of La Restaurant Daily readers and restaurant owners. The content you produce is exclusively owned by LARestaurantDaily.com.
