Porto Alegre Churrascaria
This is a great restaurant to go to for fine dining. You can treat yourself to authentic Brazilian food and they have a buffet for people like me who have a hard time making up their minds what they want to eat. They’re tech savvy as well. You can make a reservation online and even view a video of their restaurant and get a snake peek at the food cooking in the kitchen.
Porto Alegre Churrascaria is a Brazilian steakhouse, but they also have a fantastic salad bar. Beef, steak, chicken, pork, quail, turkey, lamb, and duck are just some of the meats on offer. Prices are a bit steep, but the quality more than makes up for it. If you’re on a budget, go online and look at their exclusive offers. Never hurts to save money. They have a great ambience going that will make you reluctant to leave. You’ll fall in love with the décor the moment you step in the door.
The salad bar deserves a rave of its own. Gotta try the salmon. It’ll melt in your mouth. There are heaps of choices and with four rows full of salad goodies, you’ll definitely find something you like. The asparagus is sweet, there are clams, calamari and other seafood, as well as the unexpected, such as fried bananas. It’s $35 a person, but money well spent.

Fishlips Sushi Truck
No need for you to go to those hoity-toity restaurants to have some scrumptious sushi. Now you can get it, from the back of a truck. Yep, that’s right. Fishlips sells sushi from a truck. Try some of their sushi at the LA flea market. Rolls are only about 2 bucks now since it’s their anniversary sale: you can’t beat that for quality sushi. Asian food is always in style and now is no exception.
Don’t be put off from buying sushi from a truck. Sushi can also be a street food. It’s clean, fresh, and you won’t believe that you didn’t just order sushi from a high class restaurant. The bad part about Fishlips Sushi Truck is that they’re always on the go. So if you spot them, be sure to buy a roll or temari. The people running the truck are nothing but friendly and efficient.
The sushi here is tasty and of good quality, but don’t expect anything out of the ordinary as far as sushi rolls go. Everything is pretty standard, such as California rolls, Rainbow rolls, and have fish such as tuna, salmon, and shrimp among others. Nevertheless, Fishlips Sushi Truck hits the spot for a cheap healthy meal that can be eaten on the go.

Comme Ca
You really can’t go wrong with French food and Comme Ca cooks to perfection. A modern day French brasserie that open just three short years ago has already become a popular restaurant. Wine isn’t the only drinks they have to offer. They have an 18A drink menu that will wow you with their unique mix of drinks.
There are sandwiches and salad dishes galore to choose from in addition to seafood such as oysters and shrimp cocktails. No French restaurant would be complete without the cheese and Comme Ca is no exception, you can choose from a couple of cheese platters on offer. Dinner is especially nice and they have a different specialty every day to choose from. You should start with an hors d’oeuvres or too, with endive salad, crab cakes, soups, and many other dishes. Among the entrees you’ll find duck, salmon, lobster, as well as beef, and even cheese.
Not enough? There are plenty of side dishes, such as pommes frites, as well as dessert. The crème brulee and profiteroles are especially tasty. The owner and main chef is especially proud of his restaurant, so if you have a suggestion or would like to compliment the wonderful dishes, send your regards to the chef.
